Dies App saugt! Tut mir leid. True, the words are all correct, Several pronunciations are butchered. And yeah, include the articles! Id do the voice over, that voice was not only hard to hear at times but again, pronounced incorrectly. Aber noch gut für Newbies.

A must have app

The pronunciation is very good. And what is even better is how the voice gives cute compliments whenever the child gets it right. I also like how some of the pictures have sound. In fact, I wish every picture had a sound.

If these issues will be resolved, Ill give it 5 stars. Im still using it for my baby coz I like the real images, much better than the silly drawings in other similar apps.

Really sweet!coz I wanted German 2 B my second language.+ all the other apps arent free.

KThis is a brilliant app for learning or reveiwing simple German words. If they had another app with more words or phrases geared towards an adult or traveler I would break my " I dont buy apps" policy and purchase it. well worth the download

I like the clear native voice. But I dont like that it shows the answer when asking the question. Is there a way to remove that?

This is a great app its cheap, it works, and there is a lot of content! My kids love it too! Only downside is the question written above. If I am testing myself I can cheat by looking at the top of the screen.

Only thing I wish they had was complete sentences to learn but other than that, the app is great!!!

You dont really learn German

There is no voice so half the games are useless.

Im a mom of for with a very young one. He gets excited listening to the voice. Theres no sentence formation but it is a great introduction into the language.

Good pictures but it NEEDS articles! That is HUGE with this language and makes sentence structure impossible later if you dont learn the word with its article (die, der, das). Was disappointed to see this when I started the app.

Im baffled why there are no articles. The voice is nice and clear and the images great; get the articles in there and Ill pay for the upgrade!

of no use

I downloaded this game to help my children who are 4 and 8 learn German. The game is good BUT they run inappropriate sex-themed advertisements while the kids are playing. I had to uninstall it after mostly naked women started flashing on the screen advertising a video game. And they advertise this app as focused on kids 4+!!! Do not download - NOT APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN. - A fellow Mom.

This app is pointless. Any German language app that doesnt include the article for the associated word is entirely useless. You cant speak German AT ALL without the articles. Heres an idea; have someone who has at least a nominal understanding of the language develop the app. Brilliant. Bottom line - dont waste your time, or your childs time learning vocab without the articles.
